Simulates basic chemical reactions (at roughly GCSE level).
What You Can Do With It:
Play with chemicals, without dying in the process. You can build up a library of molecules. Also, you can output the diagrams and formulae to these formats: CML, MathML/XHTML, SVG, VRML, X3D, HyperChem (experimental), Sybyl (experimental), and BMP.
Background & Future:I wish to add the entire periodic table to it, and enhance its complexity (in particular, to include orbitals) to simulate more exotic interactions. I am certainly not the best qualified person to find errors in the workings of the chemical reactions, so any bug reports or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Requirements & Download Information:
OS: Win95/98/98SE/ME (untested), WinNT/2K/XP, WINE on Linux (Gentoo 1.4_rc1).
